Edwina started her career in 1995, setting up her own fitness business after years of competing in Australian national athletics teams. She ran her Fitwomen, Fitmen centres for 18 years and developed her Fitmum Accreditation program for personal trainers before working with national franchises in national training and operations roles. Her company now focuses on workplace health and wellness programs which includes workplace mediations. She is a nationally accredited mediator who specialises in mediating workplace disputes and franchise negotiations.
