It’s time to shift indoor cycling up a gear! Delivered by Stages Master Educators, Instructor Essentials is designed to maximise your success as an instructor, as well as that of your participants and cycle studio.

Neil and Emma cover principles of training with a power meter, power zones, goal setting, anchoring time and effort, and Simple Sets, along with the ins and outs of the Stages SC bikes and power meters.

Ideal for both new and veteran instructors, studios that have never featured bikes with power meters, and instructors looking to enhance their cueing techniques and soft skills, this workshop includes exclusive access to the resources-packed Stages Cycling University app, and pre-training video preparation and assessment.
